The Director of Donor Services is responsible to provide the best customer services and engagement of the donors to become loyal supporters of the organization. The key areas of the position are Direct Mail/Direct Response, face to face recruitment, and Digital Acquisition and cultivation of donors. The Director of Donor Services is responsible to ensure appropriate data entry and management of the donor management system; to track, report and analyze results; and to provide regular reports to Management.
