The Manager of Talent Development is responsible for defining a strategy as well as content and delivery capability to support the organization's growth and quality objectives. Oversees and ensures the success of the leadership and employee development programs, including organizational design and structure, performance evaluation process, succession planning, and employee engagement solutions. The Manager of Organizational Development works collaboratively with Senior Leadership to support succession planning activities, conduct talent reviews and create appropriate follow up development activities that accelerate high potential talent and ensures a consistent talent pipeline at each stage over the individual career span. The Manager of Talent Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring programs and activities that enhance skills and knowledge of staff and maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.

The DACP reports directly to the Director of Corporate Partnerships and works to establish and reach major fundraising goals. The main responsibility of this role is to help secure sponsorships from corporations. He/She will leverage an existing prospect pipeline to maintain, grow and secure new gifts from leading corporations in the local, regional and national area. He/She will also be responsible for preparing sponsorship presentation decks, agreements/contracts and assets/deliverables for partners. He/She should have some knowledge in building multifaceted holistic sponsorships that include cause marketing, employee volunteerism, program support, events, public relations, social media, etc. The Development Associate, Corporate Partnerships must have strong skills in presenting, writing and negotiations. He/She will assist the Director of Corporate Partnerships to secure funding from corporate foundations and from corporate marketing budgets depending on the partnership proposal. Some knowledge of integrated brand marketing is a plus.
