Macquarie Infrastructure Company (MIC)
Macquarie Infrastructure Company owns, operates and invests in a diversified group of infrastructure businesses, which provide basic, everyday services, in the United States. Its businesses and investments consist of an airport services business, an off-airport parking business, a district energy business and a gas production and distribution business. MIC also has a 50% interest in a company that owns and operates a bulk liquid storage terminal business.
Macquarie Infrastructure Company Trust, (the "Trust"), has been formed for the purposes of owning all the limited liability company interests of Macquarie Infrastructure Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Company") and issuing shares of trust stock. Owners of shares of trust stock will effectively have the voting rights of, and will receive all distributions on, the corresponding interests in the Company.
