Recruitment Process
The recruitment process at Selective Beauty is focused on matching your professional skills and ambition with the mid and long-term needs of the company.
Each time our HR team meets with a candidate, we not only appraise what the individual can bring to Selective Beauty, but what the company can offer in return.
Depending on the level of the position being considered, our recruitment process is geared around a minimum of three interviews. The candidate will always meet with his / her potential manager, a member of our HR team, and the HR representative's manager.
Induction Process
Your induction is geared around several milestones during the first months starting on day one in the company with the HR Department. Whatever your question is, either private to be seen with HR, or professional to be discussed with your fellows or your manager, every employee is at your disposal to give you the most relevant information and to support you on the way of your success.
A first review of your induction time occurs after a maximum of 6 months in the company, which is the moment of the first appraisal of your actions and decisions. Your manager and a HR Representative attend that first meeting.
