• Managing and overseeing audits and reviews of financial statements for various types of clients in financial industry.
• Assisting clients in the preparation of audited financial statements and related footnote disclosures in conformity with GAAP.
• Planning, budgeting and supervising concurrent engagements at multiple locations.
• Determining and negotiating professional fees, designing audit plans, progress billings and projecting revenue realization of engagements.
• Preparing proposals for prospective clients and participate in audit committees presentations.
• Interacting directly with engagement partners and client upper-level management and provide recommendations and assistance for significant accounting issues and client concerns.
