Previous Job: Created the structured products marketing platform and built the structured products marketing/origination team for the bank. Actively conducted client marketing and structured products origination for credit derivatives, CDOs and other structured products and customized structured products for the bank's clients.
Prior Positions: Fixed income portfolio management and quantitative analysis.
Candidate has innate ability to build, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and possesses very deep knowledge of a broad range of credit derivatives. This candidate is highly analytical, driven and energetic with a disciplined work ethic.

Salary: $55,000

Current role: Working for one of the Big 4 firms accountancy firms, this candidate has carried out audits across a wide variety of Financial Services including Broker Dealers, Venture Capital Companies and Retail Branches. With this experience they have gained a solid understanding of the Capital Markets and is involved on the more technical audits. After September 11 this candidate was put in charge of the disaster recovery project managing all the available resources and gaining access to restricted buildings in order to gain a full understanding of the effect of the attacks on the business.
Has been in his current role for 2 1/2 years gaining early promotion to 'Senior Auditor'.
This candidate is now looking to build on his current skills within the Investment Banking arena in a role that will provide broad access to the business and the products whilst maintaining a controllers perspective.

Vice President, Structured Products Credit
Salary: $120K + bonus
Formally credit trained.
Current role: Senior Credit Analyst supporting the structured products business of a major European Bank. Manages the banks credit exposures for the ABS, ABCP and CDO businesses. Conducts counterparty and borrower due diligence and prepares annual credit reviews as well as more complex group reviews for the firm wide credit committee. Interacts with sales, trading, structuring and legal to support ongoing deals as well as new products. Manages an associate.
Previous role: Progressed through a credit training program with a ratings agency, and rose from Analyst to Associate Director level. Performed credit and structural analysis for ABCP programs across a broad range of asset classes, CBOs and CLOs.

Salary: $65,000
Current role: Working for a successful global investment bank. Responsibilities include administering deals within corporate actions/reorganization department, and overseeing the setup of reorganizations, as well as managing the client relationship. Experienced in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures-stock, cash or stock and cash exchanges. Knowledgeable in restructuring equity field - reverse stock splits, convertible equity, demutualization, and option tenders.
