Joel Milton received his B.A. from Colgate University with concentrations in Philosophy and Psychology. Prior to joining Michael Page, Joel worked at a private investment firm, where his primary responsibilities included conducting market research and developing industry reports. He also spent time as a marketing assistant and developing inventory profiles for a web-based customer service company.

At Michael Page, Joel is specialized in the recruitment of candidates for C-level positions across the United States. Currently, he primarily focuses on placing candidates in positions at the American headquarters of international companies. These positions include CEOs, Managers, Financial Controllers, and Business Developers. He is involved in all phases of the recruitment process, from developing the initial candidate pool and pre-screen interviews through salary negotiation.
