Martha Hernandez graduated from Rider University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Prior to joining Michael Page International Martha worked for an International Investment Banking firm as a Junior Assistant of Mergers and Acquisitions and also assisted in their hedge funds department.
