Job description
In this high profile and newly created role, the Regional Director of Human Resources will have full responsibility for transforming all Human Resources activities across the USA & Mexico.
As the lead Human Resources professional in this high growth and multisite Region, you will be accountable for building a best practice HR framework utilizing Corporate values; advising the local and corporate management team on a full range of strategic and tactical Human Resources issues and developing, implementing and managing policy & procedures to provide the infrastructure & resources for continued expansion.
Who we are looking for
Suitable candidates will have 15+ years of broad and progressive HR Generalist experience including: recruitment; organizational development; performance management; talent management / succession planning; training; compensation and benefits.
You will ideally have international manufacturing industry experience; prior exposure to M&A activity and be fluent in Spanish. You must able to deliver results and have a proven ability to business partner, advise and influence a Management Team and be able to transform and develop a best practice HR function.
