Job description
The Sales Manager US will be responsible for developing the client's US Business and driving strategy for new business development. As the Sales Manager and the first member of this organization in the US, you will be accountable for launching the sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing account relationships within target markets by providing high level service information and explanations to successfully address the client's needs. Reporting to the CEO in Europe, you will initially operate in a hands on manner but as the business expands you must be able to recruit, develop and provide visionary leadership to a high caliber team. The Sales Manager must have a strong team spirit and the ability to work in an international environment.
Who we are looking for
Qualifications include:
Sales track record to Financial Market players such as Investment Banks, Stockbrokers, Portfolio Managers, Hedge Funds and other similar organizations.
Strong motivation for sales aggressive and diligent attitude towards sales objective, developing marketing plans, market knowledge and understanding the customer.
Must possess the ability to understand and navigate through the client organization hierarchy.
Large focus will be on closing skills and meeting sales goals.
The capacity to set operations strategies and in the future, develop and lead a team.
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 / 5 years selling IT services or software to the financial sector. With proven business development skills, you must have the ability to start from scratch.
French knowledge is a plus.
What's on offer
Base Salary: $80k - $100k
Total Package: $150k - $200k
