Job description
LaserPerformance operates across the globe with main markets in US, UK and Europe. It's core line is manufactured in-house while other boats are outsourced.
LaserPerformance is looking for a proven leader that is consumer focused and who will take the company into a higher level of performance.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for the exceptional growth and profitability of the business through aggressive implementation of the strategic plans.
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will have:
• At least 10 years of proven management experience in building and growing businesses in sports or branded consumer markets
• A track record of consistent financial performance and operational delivery
• The ability to understand, create and practice the delivery of a strongly brand-led business in distribution and category growth within performance and leisure sailing and watersports activities
• Outstanding team-building and communication skills with ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team of 150
• Ability to travel
Advantages:
• MBA is highly desired
• Sailing practice is a plus
