Job description
An extremely rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within the LG corporation as a Manager of Compensation and Benefits. Working within a dynamic and progressively growing environment, the manager of compensation and benefits will be accountable for all the key components that fall within compensation and benefits.
Key responsibilities will include:
• All day to day Compensation and Benefits processes.
• Design and implement new employee benefits program.
• Aid and development of incentive pay program.
• Administer performance management process, including employee annual appraisal program.
• Research and construct a rewards and recognition program.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• 7-10 years of successful HR experience with at least 3+ years experience as a Compensation manager.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Must demonstrate outstanding project management, communication, and analytical skill sets.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Proactive individual who is going to take a hands-on approach in regards to growing and building a compensation module.
