Job description
An extremely rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within the LG corporation as a Manager of Compensation and Benefits. Working within a dynamic and progressively growing environment, the manager of compensation and benefits will be accountable for all the key components that fall within compensation and benefits.
Key responsibilities will include:
All day to day Compensation and Benefits processes.
Design and implement new employee benefits program.
Aid and development of incentive pay program.
Administer performance management process, including employee annual appraisal program.
Research and construct a rewards and recognition program.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following:
7-10 years of successful HR experience with at least 3+ years experience as a Compensation manager.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
Must demonstrate outstanding project management, communication, and analytical skill sets.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Proactive individual who is going to take a hands-on approach in regards to growing and building a compensation module.
