Job description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this growing organization as an HR Manager for the corporate client groups. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the key function of this role is to take responsibility for setting up robust HR processes and systems to attract new talent and develop existing managers within the group. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting a corporate population for all employee relations issues
Managing performance evaluation programs & succession plans. Train managers to lead effective reviews
Develop job descriptions
Participate in recruitment of all corporate employees- define recruitment policy and develop recruiting network
Manage compensation & benefits
Define and set up a management training program in conjuction with a local university
Develop internal communications
Develop and manage key internal relationships with business leaders and universities
Lead HR Initiatives
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will hold a bachelors degree with at least 7 years experience in a progressive HR role with in a large, dynamic and global organization. Experience in a manufacturing organization is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels is key
