Job description
The Director of Accounting will be responsible for overseeing the accounting department and act as the financial point of contact for the sales operations.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Manage a department of 15-20 accountants with varying functions, including AP, AR, general ledger, etc.
• Overseeing the audit process, while driving compliance management solutions
• Focus on operational process improvements specifically in cycle time reductions and internal controls
• Liaise between finance leaders within the organization to support financial planning and analysis strategy
• Develop and manage project accounting strategy, as well as act as a subject matter expert for project initiatives

Who we are looking for
Qualified candidates will have:
• CPA required
• 7-10 years of experience (preferably with experience in public accounting, project accounting, and audit), including 3+ years of management experience
• Passion, motivation and ability to drive a department through change
