Job description
The leading provider of compensation studies,
performance studies, and compensation consulting services to top financial services firms is seeking an analyst to join their team. Responsibilities include:
• Support client teams on multiple consulting assignments
• Complete quantitative analyses focusing on pay and business performance
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding the firm's services
• Independently work with clients over the telephone and during
client visits
• Deliver high quality survey results on time with minimal day to day supervision
• Train new analysts on survey processes and best practices
• Write first drafts of consulting reports and complete moderately complex analyses
Who we are looking for
Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative and proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team on multiple projects
• Strong mathematical and/or analytical skills
• Bachelors or Masters Degrees
• 2 to 4 years experience required
