Job description
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Colgate-Palmolive to play an integral part in their Change Management Strategy. Reporting into the Human Resources Director, this role will help facilitate and sustain change initiatives related to SAP technology (ie, procure to pay, self service applications, etc). This position will work with the Human Resources Director on special projects as well as third party vendors/business partners to support all of the related business activities. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing plans to reinforce/reward new organizational behaviors
• Developing and executing change/communication strategies
• Determining key metrics to monitor the progress of change
• Coaching managers and employees through the change process
• Developing and delivering training

Who we are looking for
The key incumbent to join the Colgate-Palmolive team should demonstrate the following qualities:
• 5+ years of Human Resources and/or Change Management experience
• Vendor and Project Management experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Training development/facilitation skills
• Strong decision making skills and ability to drive teamwork
• Superior computer skills- PowerPoint, Excel, SAP, and strong analytical skills
• Bachelors degree
• Industry experience is a bonus
