Job description
The Associate Director, HRIS, Talent Management Support (AD, TMS) will partner with the Associate Director, HRIS Technology to implement the HRIS Global Employee Engagement roll out strategy. You will proactively develop business partner relationships with members of the HR department in addition to IT teams.
You will lead the process to determine end user needs based on business requirements and best practices, develop project plans, data validation and perform system testing. You will also develop and improve training materials, train and coach HR end users on the use of the talent management system and serve as the HR analytical expert providing reports and essential information for a dashboard of trends in all areas of HR. You will also work with the Associate Director, HRIS Technology to ensure the continued maintenance of the HRIS system and data integrity.
Conducts analysis of client requirements for the implementation of our Applicant Tracking system, the broader roll-out of performance management, succession planning, the learning management system, and workforce analytics. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and ensures stakeholder partnership in the development of project plans with clear roles and responsibilities, deliverables and timelines and provides status reports to stakeholders. Manage implementation, data validation, and system testing. Support clients during initial live period and transition to client management.
Design and develop timely and accurate reports for a dashboard of trends in HR. Prepare ad hoc reports for end users and provides analysis and interpretation of report data as required. Prepare and submit reports for U.S Government compliance e.g. EEO-1 and Vets- 100 reports and for various other government agencies. Who we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related area or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years business analysis experience and 5 years experience implementing and managing HRIS systems. Strong project management skills and experience is essential. Experience with Ceridian and Softscape or comparable systems required. Strong functional knowledge of Human Resources (compensation, benefits, learning/development and supporting operations) Extensive knowledge of report writing and ability to create reports from relational databases required. Experience working in a global multi-cultural organization highly desirable. Advanced expertise in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Power Point and Project. Experience using Crystal Reports is highly desirable.
