Corporate Director, Compensation & Benefits
Responsible for the overall direction of the planning and administration of company's benefit programs and the development, installation and maintenance of competitive and equitable compensation programs for foreign and domestic employees in accordance with Company compensation and benefits policies.
Key Responsibilities (Seven to eight key tasks or responsibilities of this position):
Compensation:
1. Develop, maintain, and direct implementation of salary administration policies.
2. Counsel and advise managers in all aspects of hourly and salary compensation matters.
3. Establishes job specifications and salary grades and initiates an organized system for their periodic review.
4. Develops and recommends incentive or bonus plans for application in particular segments or particular organization levels of the company.
5. Formulates and recommends the establishment of corporate long-range objectives regarding compensation programs for executives and key corporate employees.
6. Supervises and coordinates the merit and performance appraisal programs.
7. Develops appropriate compensation reports and analyses to keep management aware of overall salary levels and costs.
8. Conducts research on compensation plans used in other companies, and makes recommendations for improving effectiveness of existing company programs.
Benefits:
1. Develop, maintain, and direct implementation of all hourly and salaried benefit programs and policies.
2. To develop and direct the administration of all pension and welfare benefit programs.
3. Formulates and recommends the establishment of corporate long-range objectives regarding benefit programs.
4. To instruct and advise employees and managers regarding all programs, including the timely filing of ERISA documents for all salaried and hourly plans.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skillset:
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Minimum of 10 years experience in compensation and benefits administration
Experience in international compensation practices, particularly in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific regions
CCP and GRP a plus
Ability to be hands as our client is a lean organization
