The mission of Innovation Ads is to cut cost in public education by de-segmenting the Enrollment Management process, while providing a better marketing model for not-for-profit public education.
Job description
While the primary focus of the Director/VP Sales is to drive revenue, in this position it is also of utmost importance to establish Innovation Ads as the partner of choice for education lead generation among different colleges and universities - when a college or university needs to increase student enrollments, that school should turn to Innovation Ads for results.
In order to accomplish this task the Company has adopted the strategic approach of building and maintaining relationships, as well as ensuring there is no client attrition in Innovation Ads' education vertical. This individual will be instrumental in developing an internal sales team and training infrastructure for long term success.
Who we are looking for
Looking for:
• Ideally someone who has a minimum of 3-5 years experience selling lead generation services to colleges and universities
• Open to candidates who have sold other services to colleges and universities
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience building a sales team, motivating/coaching a team to exceed sales goals
• Understanding of Direct Marketing & Internet Marketing beneficial
