Job description
The Marketing and Sales Director willl:
• be responsible for the creation and execution of all sales support and marketing programs.
• Drive consumer research to identify core consumers.
• Help penetrate new markets by producing new brands and categories.
• Create and manage of all sales tools to increase profit.
• Develop objectives for all sales and product launches.
• Detail reports on sales and product programs efforts including: program effectiveness measurements, budget management, and resource allocations.
Who we are looking for
The Marketing and Sales Director will have:
• Bachelor's Degree - MBA preferred
• Longevity within past experiences.
• Proven leadership in successful marketing programs.
• Demonstrated successful product launches.
• Proven track record obtaining sales targets and executing marketing initiatives.
• Must have experience in leading retail business and market share expansion at Walmart, KMart, Office Depot, Office Max, Target.
