Job description
The CEO has the full responsibility to develop the US activity in accordance with the budgets and plans with the Parent Company. The CEO responsibilities cover sales, finance, administration, human resources and engineering services.

Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for the growth and profitability of the business through aggressive implementation of the strategic plans. Full responsibility of the P&L of the US company
• Strengthen and develop the organization by regular, open information exchanges with headquarters
• Develop the operation and leadership skills of the team.
• Ensure and continuously improve market share by unconditionally meeting customer expectations.

Who we are looking for
• 12-15 years of experience in software, ideally in the defense and aviation sector
• Successful Executive with a track record of success in software products
• Proven background in software development and project management including subsequent track record in sales/sales management
• Experience in defense, security and aviation
• Strong management skills
• US citizen, fulfilling the criteria to obtain a US DOD security clearance

Attractive salary package, based on a $300k target salary ($200-$220k base salary plus 40% - 50% variable), and including common benefits.
