Job description
Our Recruitment Consultant positions offers a varied, stimulating and challenging career which will further develop interpersonal and commercial skills, allowing you real responsibility for personal and professional growth. Working in a team structure with like minded professionals, you will focus on the delivery of a high level of service and client management to help our clients & candidates fulfill their employment and career needs. Each day you'll face challenges which will require you to use your personality and intuitive skills, and in doing so gain the rewards and recognition for the contributions you personally make to the growth of Michael Page in North America.
Key responsibilities include:
Forge long-term relationships, resulting in repeat business and client/candidate loyalty
Manage business development efforts to top clients and candidates
Interview key executives for appointments in top organizations
Present suitable candidates to clients and drive best practices to insure effective sourcing
Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client, candidate or assignment
Manage the hiring process through interview to offer-stage and beyond
Who we are looking for
You MUST bring enormous enthusiasm, energy and commitment
Previous sales or recruitment experience is NOT a pre-requisite
A proven track record of hard work, imagination, innovation, tenacity and confidence
The ability to managing multiple projects and work in a pressure environment
The skill to adapt to your audience, form connections and manage ongoing relationships
