About the company
Our client develops innovative and tailor-made loyalty concepts for the food retail sector around the world. We are looking for a dynamic, mutli task and goal oriented candidate who will be able to deal with Finance (budget), supply chaine (logistic of events), customer service (keeping client updated) and internal executive (reporting to the President)
Job description
Managing loyalty programs in a professional customer orientated way.
1) Program analysis:
- Calculation and financial set up of loyalty program
- Analyzing and interpreting retailer CRM data and market data
- Program control through analyzing and interpreting sales results and program trends
- Financial closing and evaluation of loyalty program
2)Program management:
- Developing and implementing of loyalty program
- Planning and secure logistical process
- Start and management of the loyalty program (contact with all involved internal
departments)
- Evaluation of the program
3) Commercial/sales support:
- Manage program with the retailer (daily contact person for retailer)
- Support retailer with in-store execution
- Commercial evaluation of the program
- Support Sales with preparation of meetings and proposals for clients
4) Reporting:
-Provide weekly and monthly program results
Who we are looking for
Minimum of 5 years experience working in Commercial Support/Project Management (preferable in an international environment)
- Experience in retail environment
- Excellent analytical skills with good attention to detail
- Project Management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Very good understanding of standard office software (MS Office)
- Excellent in English language verbal and written
- French and/or Spanish language skills is a bonus
- Strong time-management skills with ability to multi task
- Problem solving skills, able to anticipate
- Team player
