Job description
Truphone is looking for sales executives to head up each of the following channels:
Airlines & International Travel
Specialist & Non Specialist Retail
Affinity
Online
The successful Sales Manager will have a strong knowledge of the sales within the mobile telecoms industry and trade, an understanding of how SIMS work, be confident in pitching sales and be able to very organised. Candidates must have experience in selling into respective channels to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the VP / General Manager of the Americas
Development of new and existing business within either the Airiline & International Travel/Specialist or Non Specialist Retail/Affinity/Online market
Responsible for the performance and development of the Online channel account base
Prepare and deliver action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
Provide timely feedback to senior management sales figures
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by internal and external clients
Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team

Previous Experience
Proven experience in sales within the Online mobile space
Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
