Our client is seeking a Sales Manager for their Washington, DC/Maryland territory.

Job description
Responsibilities:
• Identify, hire, train, and mentor additional sales representatives as needed.
• Manage a staff of 10-20 sales representatives.
• Maintain certain closing percentages and gross sales per month over budget and profitability.

Who we are looking for
Qualifications:
• 10-15 years Sales experience with a strong record of success.
• At least 5 years experience in a management role.
• Systems oriented, organized individual that knows how to build a sales staff and handle continued growth.
• Experience working in a large company.
• Experience working in the residential window and door sales industry is a MUST.

What's on offer
Our client is offering a base salary of 80k - 100k with incentive bonuses.
