Renewal by Andersen, a high growth replacement window subsidiary of Andersen Corporation, is seeking candidates for a Sales Representative opportunity within their Maryland/DC sales team.

Job description
You will present our product in a consultative sales process at prearranged appointments and build relationships through instilling confidence, sharing information, and meeting commitments to our customers.

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will possess:
• 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience in the window and door replacement industry
• Proven sales record
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Time and work process management skills
• Customer orientation
• Results orientation
• Must have Maryland sellers license through the DLLR
• A valid driver’s license and a Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is also required
