The position of Recruitment Consultant offers a varied, stimulating and challenging career opportunity while helping develop interpersonal and commercial skills, offering real responsibility and accountability for personal and professional growth. Working in a team structure with like-minded professionals, you will focus on the delivery of a high level of service and client management to assist clients & candidates to fulfill their employment and career needs. Key responsibilities include:
Responsibility for full life-cycle recruitment process
Developing long-term relationships, resulting in repeat business and loyalty from candidates and clients alike
Business developing further into current top clients
Sourcing, interviewing and identifying suitable candidates for clients
Utilizing extensive methods to source candidates including networking sites and events
Assessing needs and recommending solutions to each particular client, candidate or assignment
Managing the hiring process through to offer-stage and following through
