Job description
To develop and improve marketing program strategies and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:
•  Effective utilize customer and prospective customer database to provide insights supporting new and existing marketing channels and campaigns
•  A Marketign Manager will work with marketing department to develop hypotheses and validate with customer data
•  A Marketign Manager will make recommendations about acquisition and use of additional data from outside providers
•  A Marketign Manager will work closely with internal product teams to enable reporting solutions and advanced targeting options.
•  Manage multiple analytic projects under time constraints; be extremely proactive in managing projects to ensure critical project risks are identified and are mitigated.
•  Develop modeling capabilities and analyses around customer segmentation, campaign response and optimization
•  Analyze and impact cost per acquisition and ROI
•  Present actionable findings to senior level executives

Who we are looking for
•  2+ years of experience in consumer marketing
•  Analytical skills and mindset
•  Curiosity and passion about consumer behavior
•  Experience working with databases of significant size
•  Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
•  Expert Excel skills
•  Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
•  Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
•  Strong work ethic and good teamwork skills

Education: College required. Advanced degree preferred.
