Our client is an international software solution company providing services mainly for marketing departments for a wide range of businesses.
Job description
Lead the team and set up the business in the US
Increase the revenue by the development of direct sales (retail, food service) and indirect sales via a network of partners, integrators and distributors
Report to the Managing Director
Build and develop networks and relationships with retailers
Develop the sales strategy and execute on plan
Execute marketing measures
Represent the company in a positive way with clients
Visit customers and prospects regularly
Develop sales forecasts
Who we are looking for
5-10 years of software and/or services sales in the US
Must be an expert in the retail sector, must know the market, its players and its workings and have their own network of contacts within this sector
Good knowledge of Direct Marketing, including couponing, CRM, customer loyalty, sales and events
Bilingual: French / English is a plus
A real hunter who can develop the business
An entrepreneur with tenacity and strong interpersonal skills
Drive for results and proven success record
Good ability to listen to clients and their requirements
Team player - must work well with others
