Our client is a leading Global Manufacturing company that specializes in the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health Industry.

Job description
The Procurement Manager will be responsible to consolidate and leverage global spend across multiple indirect professional service categories to include Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, etc. You will work closely with internal executives to develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures. Day to day responsibilities include:

• Develop indirect purchasing strategies focused on facilities, employee benefits, time and expenses, etc.
• Create RFPs for major indirect professional service categories as well as evaluate proposals, recommend suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and maintain purchasing spend for each indirect category.
• Negotiate pricing by consolidating purchases and buying in bulk to reduce cost of services.
• Work cross functionally to manage all areas of responsibility for indirect purchases.

Who we are looking for
Candidates that will be considered for the Procurement Manager - IT should have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years of indirect purchasing experience for professional services such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• MBA, CPM and SAP experience is a storng plus but not required.

What's on offer
$80,000 - $120,000 plus target bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.
