Job description
This is a great opportunity for a HR Generalist to join this prestigious firm! This role will be within the HR Infrastructure team supporting the Global Technology business. This role is responsible for providing front line HR generalist support, advisory support to clients, interfacing with the HR Centers of Excellence, supporting the Global Business Partner to ensure all strategies are aligned, and providing recruitment support to all businesses.

Who we are looking for
This candidate must possess:
• A Bachelors Degree
• At least 5 years of experience within a Generalist function
• Experience within Financial Services preferably supporting the IT Business
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• An of understanding of employment law, FSLA regulations, employee coaching, and compliance regulations
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
