Job description
As an experienced Corporate & Securities Partner you will have significant experience in public and private M&A and registered or unregistered securities transactions.

The firm's corporate practice is the core to much of the rest of the business and extends from simple corporate and partnership matters to complex legal and business matters across a broad range of areas and industries.

They have significant sophisticated expertise in: Securities (public & private capital markets - 33 & 34 Act, public offerings, regulatory compliance etc.); Private Equity (structuring and negotiating investment funds); Hedge Fund Formation, Structured Finance & broad Mergers & Acquisitions.

Who we are looking for
You will be an experienced Corporate & Securities Partner at another law firm and possess significant experience practising and developing clients in the areas of M&A and Securities.

This is a great opportunity for a Junior Partner who may be in a very unstable position with limited opportunities to develop your practice in a highly restrictive and hierarchical environment.

You will currently have a minimum of $750K in realized portable business and be looking for an environment & platform where you can grow your book.

An individual with an entrepreneurial approach, supportive and respectful mindset looking to add value and be part of a stable and growing firm where you can have a tangible influence will do well here.

You will be admitted to the NY bar.
