Job description
As an experienced Bankruptcy Partner you will have significant experience in representative transactions for clients domestically and international on either the creditors or debtors side in areas of: corporate restructuring, creditors committees, distressed real estate assets, liquidations, receiverships, the workout of troubled loans etc.

You may have expertise in either a transactional Bankruptcy practice or working as a litigator.

Who we are looking for
You will be an experienced Bankruptcy Partner at another law firm and possess significant experience managing a variety of bankruptcy and restructuring transactions.

If a litigator you will be comfortable in the court room and ideally have trial experience (presenting to juries, judges & arbitrators) in New York and/or other states.

You will currently have a minimum of $750K in realized portable business and be looking for an environment & platform where you can grow your book.

An individual with an entrepreneurial approach, supportive and respectful mindset looking to add value and be part of a stable and growing firm where you can have a tangible influence will do well here.

You will be admitted to the NY bar.
