Job description
As an experienced Trusts & Estates Partner you will have significant experience in tax, estates administration & estates planning.

The firm's individual clients practice offers a diverse range of legal services including: the drafting of wills and life-time trusts; estate and gift tax planning for the tax efficient transfer of wealth; the administration of estates and creation of charitable foundations.

The Individual Clients practice can tailor services irrespective of the need and provides tax-efficent vehicles, manages business agreements for estate ownership and advises on estate planning opportunities.

Who we are looking for
You will be an experienced Trusts & Estates Partner at another law firm and possess significant experience practising and developing clients in the areas of estates planning and administration.

You will currently have a minimum of $750K in realized portable business and be looking for an environment & platform where you can act as the primary T&E practitoner (leveraging from the firm's clients) and be looking to grow your book.

An individual with an entrepreneurial approach, supportive and respectful mindset looking to add value and be part of a stable and growing firm where you can have a tangible influence will do well here.

You will be admitted to the NY bar.
