Their lean firm size enables them to provide clients with responsive, sophisticated, yet cost-effective legal services. As a boutique firm, they are sensitive to the needs of entrepreneurial and medium-sized businesses and their investors and are able to efficiently address complex legal issues faced by multinational corporations.

Many of the firms Attorneys have extensive and diverse experience in complex corporate and financial transactions in the United States, Europe, Central and South America and Asia. The firm offer language fluency in English, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, and Spanish.

Job description
As an experienced Commercial Real Estate Partner you will have significant experience in sophisticated transactions in any or all area/s of commercial real estate (sales & acquisitions, leasing, lending, private equity & joint ventures) and real estate finance.

The firm currently have a gap in the business for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Partner and are currently outsourcing real estate service to external consultants.

You will benefit from the opportunity to develop the real estate practice at the firm, define the platform for long-term success and leverage off existing relationships, revenue streams and clients who may need real estate advice on top of the business you can bring.

As a firm with a diverse practice focus, many clients come to them through referral business.

They can offer international and multi-cultural flavour and stable economic platform, this is a very unique opportunity!

Who we are looking for
You will be an experienced Commercial Real Estate Partner at another law firm and possess significant experience practising and developing clients in the area of commercial real estate transactions.

You will currently have a minimum of $750K in realized portable business and be looking for an environment & platform where you can act as the primary Commercial Real Estate practitoner (leveraging from the firm's clients) and be looking to grow your book.

An individual with an entrepreneurial approach, supportive and team oriented mindset looking to add value and be part of a stable and growing firm where you can have a tangible influence will do well here.

You will be admitted to the NY bar.

Any language skills are well received but not essential.
