Job Description

  • Identify, target, and gain new business
  • Establish and achieve against aggressive sales objectives that bring significant value to my client
  • Gain and maintain a high level of industry expertise to provide commercial insight to customers
  • Be an expert of the product my client produces and have a full understanding of the quote to cash process
  • Build trusted and strong client relationships and be able to identify prospective client decision makers
  • Consult with sales prospects and develop driven sales solutions
  • Consult with territory sales teams and formulate go-to-market plans that yield a significant benefit to my client
  • Maintain a sales pipeline that is efficient, accurate, and healthy; being consistent with the use of Salesforce and other sales tool resources
  • Keep sales execution as a top priority
  • Consult with sales leadership on sales process and marketing effectiveness
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers
  • Champion my client's brand relentlessly
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest form of integrity and professionalism
  • Partner with, direct, and leverage extended regional sales team to form sales plans and execute sales strategy
  • Ensure that won business experiences an exceptional transition to on-boarding and client success resources
  • Participate in team meetings and general organizational gathering
  • An average of 50% of the job is travelling

The Successful Applicant

  • Uses consultative, solution selling and business development skills at the CXO level to align client's business needs with Pluralsight solutions
  • Highly skilled business development and negotiation skills at CXO level
  • Ability to gain in-depth knowledge of clients business, organizational structure, business processes and financial structure
  • Develops comprehensive business case approach in crafting client proposals
  • Demonstrates strong presentation and communication skills at the client CXO level
  • Exceptionally strong track record in advanced, solution-oriented enterprise sales with proven performance
  • University or Bachelor's Degree: Advanced degree or MBA desired.
