Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Achievement of sales targets
  • Establishes and builds strong relationship, regularly calling on, selling to, and training P.C. Richard & Son stores
  • To build relationships with Designers & Architects
  • To understand what Designers want/need from a manufacturer to specify product
  • Delivers marketing and communication support to P.C. Richard & Son
  • Participates with sales management team in developing the sales strategies for the business
  • Monitors competitor activity and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated
  • Helping to achieve company strategic objectives, including, but not limited to, achieving budgeted sales and performing -- administrative duties, for example, timely submission of expenses, mileage claims and dealer claims
  • Other duties, as assigned by management

The Successful Applicant


  • 8 to10 years previous sales experience is preferred
  • Background in design is highly desirable


  • Marketing or business degree is an advantage
