Build and grow a client portfolio by using commercial information to identify organizations that have current or future recruitment needs - including global multinationals, rapidly growing SMEs and not-for-profit entities.
Initiate contact with potential clients by business development calls, face-to-face meetings, referrals and networking.
Identify decision-makers in the hiring process.
Attend pitches and meetings with prospective clients.
Maintain and develop existing client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Work with other disciplines in PageGroup to exchange important business development information.
Network across your industry sector or specialism to ascertain market trends and growth areas.
Identify and attract potential candidates using all the sourcing tools at your disposal, including using social media, networking, referrals and advertising.
Interview candidates to gain an understand of their specific skill set that differentiates them on the market place.
Manage the candidate's experience throughout their recruitment process.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of sales/related experience
- Be driven, motivated, resilient and a team player
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a high-energy, fast paced environment
- To work both independently and within a team
