Job Description

Candidates will be expected to manage post-sales contact with signed client base in order to ensure a positive and long-term relationship and customer loyalty. You will focus on solution optimization, with intent of improving customer usage. Your portfolio of accounts will all be based in the USA.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Relevant Experience
  • Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish
  • Maintain extraordinary relationship with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
  • Industry Experience
