Job Description

  • Be primary contact for clients and advisors on all projects ensuring you are communications requirements to the wider team
  • Manage project from start to finish
  • Create and manage budget for each project
  • Write creative briefs and communicate to team
  • Responsible for managing corporate video projects and digital proposals
  • Create PowerPoint presentations
  • Research and pitch new business
  • Maintain relationships with clients and investment bankers

The Successful Applicant

  • Client services background in agency environment
  • Experience leading development of corporate videos/digital content projects
  • Event management experience
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Understanding of Investor Communications
  • Experience managing content projects
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Strong excel skills for budgeting purposes
