About Our Client

Our client is a growing manufacturing and distribution company

Job Description

  • Professionally handle all incoming requests from customer and communicate effectively
    Identify customer's needs and select appropriate service level to satisfy customer's requests
  • Track and monitor the integrity of shipments in the system
  • Provide customers with status updates including any delays on their shipment
  • Process orders and push through the system to the warehouse to ensure proper fulfillment
  • Generate bill of lading and invoices; provide customer with all pertinent paperwork
  • Coordinate with warehouse on an ongoing basis; serve as a liaison between warehouse and client to deliver maximum service
  • Process incoming inventory for specific accounts thoroughly and effectively
  • Route packages for shipments based on customer specifications
  • Adhere to all needs and/or special requests and/or SOP's specific to each account

The Successful Applicant

* 1-2 years of Customer Service experience preferred
* Ability to communicate thoroughly and professionally with all internal/external parties
* Ability to be highly organized/detail-oriented
* Ability to multi-task, problem solve and function in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TMS system.
