Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing, recalculating, verifying, posting and reporting of financial data for the use in maintaining accurate accounting records
  • Sort and file documents, prepare statements and assist in the preparation of financial and operating reports
  • Work in a team environment maintaining the day-to-day A/P and A/R transactions and procedures

The Successful Applicant

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience in accounting/business administration
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Requires an understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
  • Excellent Communications skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Computer skills; knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Organized, ability to work independently, take initiative and problem solver
  • Team player and positive attitude
