Job Description

  • Process supplier and subcontractor invoices.
  • Process payroll and employee expense reports.
  • Review monthly statements, track partial and final lien releases.
  • Answer supplier/subcontractor questions regarding billings and payment status.
  • Enter data into system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years related experience.
  • Construction background preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills: Excel proficient.
