Our client is a global manufacturing and distribution company looking to hire a full cycle Book Keeper

Job Description

Our client is seeking an organized, motivated person to assume an accounting position reporting to the Controller. This is a full time position with a global and growing manufacturing company.

  • Accounts Payable
  • Check Runs
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Journal entries
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Month End Closing and Financial Reporting
  • Bank Deposits
  • Vendor / Supplier Statements Requirements
    e-mail resume with past experience, references, and salary expectation. INCLUDE the word accountant in subject Compensation DOE, excellent benefits package includes 401K, health plan in a family environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of Book Keeping experience
  • Bi - Lingual in Spanish is a MUST
  • Strong general ledger and month end close experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
