Job Description

Reporting to the Controller, you will be primarily be responsible for the daily allocation of checks and wires into FundEZ accounting system. You will also be tasked with preparing weekly and monthly aging reports, reconciling daily receipt batches to bank deposit records, assist with client queries regarding their accounts and any other tasks delegated to you by the Controller.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Three plus years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and v lookups
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communications
