- Being welcoming to internal and external visitors
- Providing administrative assistance for all staff members
- Purchasing supplies, scheduling, and booking travel
The Successful Applicant
An experienced candidate should be welcoming and informed as the Administrative Assistant of the Receptionist desk will be the first and last impression of the business school. Bi-lingual is a plus, and being able to managing functions of supporting the entire office.
