About Our Client

A recognized real estate agency, which looks after residential and commercial real estate in the Greater New York City area. Constantly growing and expanding, we are looking for an Administrator to join our team. The company primarily focuses on the US market and has worked on properties is recognized around the world.

Job Description

  • Prepare and generate all correspondence for the CEO
  • Direct incoming calls to the correct individual
  • Schedule meetings,
  • Deal with all client-tenant issues
  • Coordinate calendar of appointments
  • Take care of all domestic and international travel
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and agendas
  • Help with expense reports and all work necessary including invoicing, payments to vendors;
  • Develop, organize and maintain confidential office files and information

The Successful Applicant

* Detail-oriented administrative assistant willing to work in a busy, zestful, fun environment * Bachelor's Degree * Someone who is eager and passionate about real estate who wants to grow within the industry * Strong Excel skills is a must * Strong written and verbal skills * Someone who is willing to work hard and have fun!
