Job Description

Seeking someone who will be coordinating major meetings throughout the company. They must manage calendars as well as meetings, coordination of all travel (domestic and international), and preparation of reports and all financial data. Help support all internal and external inquiries as well as helping all visitors. This person must have the ability to work with all levels of management. Overall, we are looking for someone who can manage all daily work flow and planning within the office.

  • Speak and Listen effectively
  • Prioritize upcoming projects and balance all work flow
  • Outstanding Organizational Skills

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 professional administrative assistant or office assistant roles
  • Concur experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and continuous follow-ups
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive and independent work within a team environment
  • Background and skill in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel
