Job Description

  • Planning and coordinating travel
  • Answering phones
  • Organizing and submitting expenses and health care forms
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Assisting the team with downloading and converting due diligence data from PDF to Excel
  • Downloading maps, research materials to be used for Investment Committee memos
  • Keeping track of various deal related, relationship and conference logs utilized the team
  • Assist with department-related meetings and outings.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related major is preferred
  • 5 years of experience, ideally in the finance industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, intermediate Excel
  • Strong communication and analytic skills and be highly organized, detail-oriented and pro-active.
  • Strong ability to work and manage in a collaborative environment and work with other Admin Support teams.
