Job Description

  • Meeting coordination and preparation including use of PowerPoint to prepare materials
  • Gate-keeping to Senior Partners and reception
  • Calendar management for Administrative Manager and Partners
  • Written on behalf of the organization
  • Event planning for internal company events
  • Back-up office management as needed
  • Expense reporting using Amex systems

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years of administrative experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
  • Hardworking and desire to achieve
