Large bank in South Jordan, Utah is seeking a sharp, professional Customer Service/Administrative for a temp to perm position! Career growth and promotion are available!

Job Description

  • Responsible for fielding inbound and outbound calls
  • Will resolve customer service-related issues
  • Will coordinate conflict resolution and enter customer data into databases
  • Heavy data entry and database navigating
  • Maintain highest level of customer service
  • Coordinate administrative and office support assistant including scheduling, booking of conference rooms and phone coverage
  • Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong data entry skills (Must be able to type 35-40 words per minute)
  • Customer service/admin experience
  • Experience with conflict resolution
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft office (outlook, word, excel)
  • Ability to Multitask and navigate multiple web pages at a time
  • High school diploma or equivalent
