About Our Client

Our client is a growing professional services firm in Midtown Manhattan who is seeking an AP (Accounts Payable) Coordinator to join their growing business. This consulting firm provides services to the Non-Profit industry.

Job Description

  • Receipt of invoices
  • Verification of transactions
  • Preparation of invoices for data entry
  • Vouchering of vendor invoices
  • Issuance of checks
  • Data entry of manual transactions to Accounting software
  • Ad hoc AP reports

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 + years of experience in an office environment
  • Experience with AP processes
  • Strong interpersonal, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working as part of small team serving a growth-oriented company
  • Ability to multitask effectively within normal time constraints
  • Exposure to NetSuite would be considered a plus
